Online orientation courses
Before you arrive in Bloomington, you will receive an email invitation to start the Graduate International Orientation course in Canvas from the Office of International Services. This course is separate from the New Graduate Student Guide and any online orientation your department may have.
Completing this is required for all new international graduate Ïã½¶ÊÓÆµs, and includes important information about staying in status, resources, and how to get around Bloomington, among other things.
You department may have other requirements for you to complete before you arrive. Contact your department for more details.
Vaccination and TB test requirements
In addition to submitting proof of vaccination against various diseases, all international Ïã½¶ÊÓÆµs are required by Indiana law to take a TB test with the Student Health Center. You should submit your compliance form before you begin classes. You will not be able to register for your second semester until you have done so.
